Mark Dean
Managing Director

Mark Dean is a versatile and experienced business leader with a blend of skills that make him a valued adviser across a broad range of functions.
 
Mark's expertise encompasses strategic planning and execution, high performance team development, change management, and risk management. He also excels in project management, communication and stakeholder engagement, business development and marketing, as well as crisis management and problem solving. These skills, honed across various industries, enable him to navigate complex business challenges with agility and insight.


His diverse experiences are complemented by a steadfast commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for lifelong learning. 

 

Mark's adaptability and adventurous nature are perhaps best highlighted by his achievements outside the corporate world. He is a two-time Guinness World Record holder for participating in the highest altitude games of rugby ever played – on Mount Everest. Additionally, his role as team manager for both the Nigerian national rugby team and the world-famous Shogun invitational rugby side further demonstrates his ability to lead and succeed in high-pressure, international environments.
